Cancellation and Refund Policy for Seminars:
Phone cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellations received four weeks prior to the seminar receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after four weeks and up to seven days prior to the seminar are assessed a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received seven days prior to the seminar or “no shows” are nonrefundable. Registration fees are transferable to an upcoming seminar within the same calendar year (expires December 31 each year) or to another participant. In the event that a seminar is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

Elizabeth Rudolph, RN, MSN, JD is an attorney and nurse with twenty-three years experience practicing health care law. She obtained her Bachelors in Nursing and Masters in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee. She also received her law degree from Vanderbilt University. She began her nursing career as a nursing assistant having worked her way through both nursing and law school.
Ms. Rudolph is a renowned national speaker on legal issues in nursing and legal nurse consulting. She has spoken at over a thousand conferences, seminars and workshops. She has been on the nursing faculty at Vanderbilt University and was voted the best teacher by the students while on the faculty at the University of Tennessee.
Ms. Rudolph is the founder and president of Jurex Center for Legal Nurse Consulting, www.jurexnurse.com, a company which provides Professional Legal Nurse Consultant (PLNC) certification in two-days. Ms. Rudolph has authored numerous publications on legal and nursing issues, many of which are available in books, courses and CDs. She has been the subject of many published articles and featured in network television programming. Her speaking style is described as motivational, dynamic, personable and down-to-earth.
